About This Office
HarborCOV, Inc. is the only comprehensive domestic violence program serving Boston's harbor communities of Chelsea, East Boston, Winthrop, and Revere. We provide emergency assistance, support services, and permanent housing for individuals and their families, while seeking community solutions to end domestic violence.
